ABOUT STEPHANIE

Stephanie Risser is a movement educator and Pilates instructor with more than two decades of experience in dance, choreography, and somatic training. Her career began in the dance world, where years of performing and teaching has shaped her deep understanding of alignment, artistry, and functional strength.

After navigating her own injuries, Stephanie turned to Pilates as a pathway to healing — an experience that transformed her approach to movement and ultimately inspired her to help others build stronger, more resilient bodies. Stephanie has taught and managed at 15 to Fit Method TM Pilates, where she led private and group sessions, supported instructor development, and contributed to studio operations and client programming. Her teaching is further enriched by training in the Franklin Method TM , including certifications as a Lower Back Fascia and Hand Trainer, as well as study in the Garuda method, known for its fluid and integrated movement principles.

With a teaching style that is precise, encouraging, and deeply client centered, Stephanie is passionate about helping people feel stronger, more capable, and genuinely happier in their bodies. She believes movement should be empowering, sustainable, and joyful — and she brings that philosophy into every session. Stephanie is excited to join Core Burn Pilates, where she continues her mission of guiding clients toward strength, confidence, and longterm wellbeing.
