FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE

Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for trainers and classes.
Provide information about services, programs, and membership options to clients.
Educate clients on proper body mechanics and anatomy as it relates to fitness activities.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Collaborate with personal trainers and staff to ensure seamless client experiences.
Promote various classes and session types.

MUST HAVES:
Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, body mechanics, and fitness principles is highly desirable.
Experience in a gym or fitness environment is a plus.
Ability to educate clients on fitness-related topics effectively.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in using office equipment and software applications.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Responsibilities:
Conduct Pilates classes for individuals or small groups, ensuring a safe and effective workout
Provide guidance and support to clients, helping them improve their technique and reach their fitness goals
Create personalized Pilates programs based on clients' needs and fitness levels
Demonstrate proper form and alignment during exercises
Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed
Maintain a clean and organized studio environment

Previous experience as a Pilates Instructor is required
Knowledge and experience in other fitness disciplines such as CrossFit, cycle, personal training, dance, or sports coaching is a plus
Strong understanding of anatomy and body mechanics
Ability to design and modify exercise programs to accommodate different fitness levels and goals
Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate clients
Experience in fitness sales or customer service is beneficial
