ABOUT DEYONDRA GIBBS
Deyondra’s health and fitness journey began in her teenage years when she became a healthy living enthusiast in all aspects of her life. She loves to focus on an holistic approach to fitness; considering the body, mind & spirit.
Deyondra went head first into Pilates, while recovering from illness, discovering how Pilates and Yoga helped her to effectively reduce stress and feel stronger. This led her to pursue a certification in Classical Pilates first and move into a contemporary approach as her own practice grew, studying and continuing her education through Core Burn Pilates.
Deyondra’s classes implement breathing techniques and focus on alignment with deep emphasis on core and balance. Her passion is to learn about the body and is committed to ensuring a safe and welcoming environment to students of all levels to grow.
